Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products and services from creatorchatplaybook.com, operated by North CX Advisory - F.Z.E, trading as The Creator Chat Playbook ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

Our products are digital publications (PDF files), currently The Fanvue Fan Chatting Guide (sold as the Creator Edition), which includes the bonus pack 100 Proven Conversation Starters. We also offer a paid one-hour consultation booked by email. Products are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, normally within a few hours of purchase and always within 24 hours.

2. Your licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own use within your own creator operation. If you wish to share the files with a team or use them across an agency's operation, email us about a team licence first. The files may not be resold, republished, redistributed, uploaded to file-sharing services, or used to create derivative products for sale. All intellectual property in the products remains ours.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are stated in US dollars and, where applicable, include tax. Launch pricing, where offered, is limited in quantity as stated at the time of sale and ends automatically when that quantity is reached.

4. Refunds

Because the products are digital files delivered in full immediately, all sales are final once delivery has been made, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. By purchasing, you consent to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that, where local law permits, this waives any cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content. If something has gone wrong with your order, a corrupted file, a missing delivery, a double charge, email us and we will fix it promptly.

5. Educational content, not advice

The products are educational material reflecting the authors' experience and analysis. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice, and no earnings outcome is promised or guaranteed. Statistics cited describe observed data from the periods analysed; your results depend on your execution, your account, and market conditions. Any figures presented are illustrations, not projections of what you will earn.

6. Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any platform you operate on, including Fanvue, and with the laws that apply to your business. Nothing in our products should be read as encouragement to violate any platform's rules; the products explicitly teach the opposite.

7. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fanvue Ltd. Fanvue is a trademark of its owner, used here only to describe the platform the products discuss.

8. Consultations

Consultation bookings are confirmed by email and payable in advance. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice. A consultation is a discussion of strategy and operations; it carries the same educational-content limitations described in section 5.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
